Wholesale Kilts Return & Exchange Policy

At Wholesale Kilts, we prioritize precision and quality. Because most of our wholesale orders are made-to-order based on specific client requirements, our policy focuses on manufacturing integrity.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are exclusively accepted for the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any structural issues, stitching errors, or hardware failures.
  • Incorrect Manufacturing: Items that do not match the confirmed order specifications (wrong tartan, size, or design).
  • Shipping Errors: Receipt of the wrong item or missing components in a bulk shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Standard "change of mind" returns are not available for made-to-order products.
  • Worn/Altered Goods: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

The Return Process

  1. Notification: Report any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Evidence: Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect specification.
  3. RMA Approval: Once verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.
  4. Resolution: We will prioritize the remanufacturing and replacement of the defective goods at no additional cost to you.
